My complaint:
I transfered 500.00 on March 15th to my other green dot card so my wife could pay a bill, when she went to pay the bill, the card was locked. They told me i had to upload my documents which i did several times and I just keep getting the runaround, now the guy tells me today that i will never get my money because the cards are permamently blocked. I dont understand why they would steal my money, I’m not rich and I need that money to survive, I have done everything they have asked of me over and over again. I feel ashamed because I trusted this company with my money that i could not afford to lose. Why wont they just unblock my card I verified who I was , I also feel like my Identity is being stolen with so many verifications i upladed. They also locked my other green dot card for no reason,
Suggested solution:
I want them to unblock both of my cards, so I can get my money and close both accounts. They need to realize this is not a game of power. I have a child they are playing with money that needs to go to bills, and Im running out of excuses to these companies before I get shut off. They should be more professional and follow through with what is asked and then unblock, I know im not the first and I wont be the last, but if they continue to do these kind of things eventually the buisness will close for being thieves..
