Suggested solution:
Return funds back onto my account. Don't just tell me when I call I will see the credit in a few days (that was 2 mths ago). Then the agent could not find half of my disputes in my transactions. So, I take that as the funds are back in my account, correct?
Wrong, not a penny. So, where did my money go??? Then they emailed me stating the dispute of $135 is not going to be credited. Now, I never filed with 1 dispute, I filed several with different amounts. I emailed GreenDot back asking where did this come from they never responded).
