My complaint:

I was given $60 prepaid Greendot card as a gift. It has been 3 months since I was given I tried to use the card every time I tried it declined. They will not take calls, there is no customer support. When you call the customer service it keeps redirecting you to automated voice messages. They have charged me $7.95x 323.85 for a service fee for 3 months but I was never able to use the card. Now I have 36.15 I still can’t use the card. This is very frustrating it seems lie they are scamming people!
