Complaint: I can not access my account. The agent said my account was compromised by fraud

My complaint:

The Green dot agent said my card was compromised by fraud. A new card was mailed to me he said that I could not use that card either to buy one at the store.I have a balancecredit of $196.36 on my card. The new card Green dot sent me is not registered. I want my money issued to me.

11 months ago - I have had several cards from this company. They send cards when they are not requested. They are extremely hard to reach by phone, and many times, nonchalant rude... Once my card was stolen I did not get some of my money back. Turn aroun time - 2 weeks to 4 or more! They for some reason are hard to get rid of probably due to the fact they the up a person's money. Never again.
