My complaint:
I have been trying to get a new card delivered to me since June 2020. They have made multiple mistakes with the handling of my account. I have not had access to thousands of dollars of my money. In result I cannot pay my bills and have accrued many late fees, cancellations, and disconnection notices.
Suggested solution:
I need my account opened, my card delivered to me FedEx, and all my overdraft and cancellation fees should be refunded due to their wrong doing.
