My complaint:
There is a different email on my account and a phone number on my account.the password and user name is the same. I been calling for over a month an a half wanting to find how I can take care of this..I tried uploading my ID thru the website It wont let me use the card number..
Suggested solution:
I need to get back into my account.The email and phone number on my account are not mine they need to be investigated. I want to get back into my account.i want my account back on track..if anything find a way to reset the email and phone number on my account..
