My complaint:
Back In April I had several unauthorized transactions at different Walgreens with in a few blocks away from each other in another state I don’t live in $700 worth ,greendot told me it was me and wouldn’t give me my money back then in middle of August someone again hacked into my account and spent all of my money at shein.com over 40 unauthorized transactions $1700 they de ied my dispute kept my money . I have a baby and no food no pampers wipes anything and tried explaining it to them them basically told me not their problem. You can’t get anywhere with them everytime I call it’s a few hours wait time then they are rude and always hang up in your face and they will not get you to a manager or supervisor at all and no one will return the calls! They are absolutely horrible and I was with them 15 yrs no loyalty to their customers
