My complaint:
Every since I’ve had this Green Dot card I’ve been charged more money then I’m able to use the card when I do load the money on the card They continue to charge me except a $7.95 service fee when I don’t even use the card because every company I try to use the card to it doesn’t take the card but every month I’m being charged $7.95and I can even use the card
Suggested solution:
Give my money back because they can see each month that they're charging me a service fee I have not been able to use the car not one time because companies don't install I'm peeing I'm being charged more to load the card and then pay the service fee and then when it comes time for me to use it to companies don't even honor it so they're just getting free money for something and I can't even use
