My complaint:
I’m not able talk to a representative or someone on your fraud department regarding the fraud complaint I submitted on my 82 yr. old mother. I’ve been on hold for hours or and or get disconnected, then I try again. No one picks the phone. This account apparently was opened using her social security number, D.O.B. and her name for 5 years, they received refunds from the IRS. They stole her coronavirus check, I called 1214 or 15, I was told that it could take 8 to 10 days. As of today, no one has contacted me or mailed her check. I’m working with the IRS fraud department as well. My mother wants her money.
