My complaint:
Today, September 21st, 2020, is the second time this bank failed to deposit my money the day it was to be delivered, and as a result I have bills that will accrue late fees for going unpaid. I called customer service twice, the first time I was sent from an actua representative straight to an automated self service menu without any warning. The second time the issue was poorly explained by someone I couldn’t understand and still left unresolved.
Suggested solution:
Get my money in ASAP and throw in something to compensate me for a loss to my credit score.
