My complaint:
I got a loan through the government and my paycheck sent to Green has been put on hold. I can’t get in touch with anyone and nobody is calling me back. I’ve done everything required of me, several times over, to get the hold lifted but to no avail. My wi fi has been shut off, and my phone is about to be shut off. The most frustrating part is nobody has contacted me, and everything I’ve sent for verification is either illegible or some other lame reason.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and give me my money
