My complaint:
I asked customer support about where my card was I applied for on July 2nd and was supposed to receive July 15th. They kept telling me to reapply and log in but u have to have a card to log in. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same bullshit. And basically admitted they screwed up and someone did not send me my card.
Suggested solution:
Someone needs to send me my card I applied for on July 2nd.
