Green Dot Bank complaint: Did not receive my 2022 IRS Tax refund

My complaint:

I filed my 2021 Federal Taxes with Turbo Tax. My total IRS Tax refund was $292.00. I chose to have TurboTax fees deducted from my refund which reduced my total refund to $145. TurboTax informed me that Green Dot Bank would then be issuing my $145 tax refund directly to my US Bank checking account – I provided the route numbers of my US Bank account.
I checked with the IRS to see when my tax refund was issued by them. The IRS submitted my refund on 2282022. It has now been well over one month since the IRS sent out my tax refund, but I have received no money from Green Dot Bank.
