My complaint:
I really don’t know what’s going on my name is Lashanda and I had a Deposits sent to my bank account on my TurboTax debit prepaid card that I used to file my taxes last year in 2019 I spoke with someone at the IRS and green dot close my account without my knowledge and the IRS sent my check out to my TurboTax prepaid debit card and I haven’t received my deposit yet I had a deposit that was scheduled for January 4, 2021 and it’s been five days now and I don’t know what’s going on and you guys still have my check . They need to reinstate my account is still active in good condition and I still have my card
Suggested solution:
By reopening my account so I can receive my deposit that will be great not only for me but for a lot of people that they close the account on without letting people know it’s millions of people that’s going through the same thing out here due to green dot closing their account without letting them know now they stuck with no answers no solutions
