My complaint:
Long time greendot holder. They closed my account after contacting them 3 times about Stimulus and tax refund deposit info. It was working as usual until then. I called, they told me I requested my account to be closed on a monday. I definitely did not. Then they try telling me it was because of the monthly fee, which I had plenty of money to cover if they tried to charge it, but they didn’t. The last person I talked too seemed like she was going to help then hung up on me. I had $99 and account was closed with my money still in it! I hurried and moved it.
Suggested solution:
I would like my acount reopened so I can access my funds and use my account like normal. I havw never requested my account to be closed. Its suspicious how they did it after I complained so many times. (I have heard this happened to others as well)
