My complaint:
I filed a dispute on green Dot . There was a transaction mad on April 29 2020 that I didn’t do . Somebody hacked into my account yes I filed police report and I also went on irs website for identity theft . I did everything I was asked to do . Green Dot sent me a let explaining they can’t grant me my claim because I filed a dispute somewhere else . I don’t understand . 1200 dollars was stolen from me right out of my account . Green Dot also sent me an email stating they sent my money to a phone number I did not recognize .
Suggested solution:
I want my money back .
