My complaint:
Filed dispute with Green Dot over $1062.74 fraud charges all in Florida. I have never been to Florida, and haven’t left the state of Texas since Covid-19 started in March. All charges were hotels, wings, smoothies, none of which were my charges. Green Dot informed me they can prove were my charges,told them to mail me proof because it was not me! I have a letter from my employer that I was here the entire time. I made a video on YouTube for my job during that period, and had a doctor visit. I did not lose the card nor was it stolen. As soon as my stimulus check hit my account, it was gone!
Suggested solution:
There is no way they can prove charges are legit because I simply did not use the card for these expenses. It was total fraud, and I expect them to refund my $1062.74. I am turning to Complain.Biz, and the Better Business Bureau
