My complaint:
I have had a greendot card for maybe six months. In this time I have been locked out for a month, ordered three cards that I was charged for and never received, now I am unable to access my money at all because I have been waiting for two of three cards I ordered. Now I am forced to order yet another card because I can’t even transfer my money, close my account, or speak to a rep without a card number.
Suggested solution:
Give me access to move my money
