My complaint:

I bought several cards to buy hearing aids from Eargo for my Mom. Eargo is a great company. We returned the hearing aids for a refund at no fault to Eargo. Eargo then refunded the money back to each of the green dot cards that I purchased to buy from. I no longer have the green dot cards and have no way to access the money. It’s almost $2500 and that’s a lot of money to me. I would like green dot to send me a refund check for the amounts of the Eargo Refunds Period. Nothing less. No service charges or annual fees. I need this money ASAP Thank you
