My complaint:
I opened up a green Dot card I gave The gold card so because I didn’t hit direct deposit I loaded some money onto the card for direct deposit so as soon as all my money went in there and I used it for two days they closed my account blocked my card and locked me out I still have a lot of money left in there they’re saying I did it fraudulently and I didn’t so when I told them I was going to get my lawyer involved they hung up on me he didn’t wanna hear anything I had to say they told me they were gonna call me back in four hours for three days straight they never did I want my money I want my car unlocked socan pay bils
Suggested solution:
They should take into matters that some people make mistakes they should also give you a warning that the lock in your car to close in your account not just take your money take your card and close everything out I want my money and I want it today I’m tired of waiting we have Covid bills need to be paid food needs to be bought they’re not struggling they’re thieves and they know they are and they’re just trying to pocket money they’ve been doing this for a long time and I will tell 10 people and those 10 people tell those 10 people the way they should resolve this is open my car back up let me get my money out and then close my account because I’ll never use them again it’s so unfair
