My complaint:
Green for put a block in my account for review because I receive my unemployment payments on this account and they wanted me to prove it. Last Thursday i sent my government picture I’d with my social along side my payment history. It’s now Tuesday morning and 5 days now where I wasn’t able to access my funds during a pandemic
Suggested solution:
If They could take the block off my account ASAP, or close my account and send my check with my funds please. Thank you
