My complaint:

My GoBank card ending in 7856 was blocked. According to GreenDot it was because of direct deposit. I have not recurved any direct deposits on this card. I’ve sent id verification. I’ve done everything asked of me to resolve this issue with this company. Yet still they are blocking my card and steady charging me a monthly fee. It’s been over 3 months since my card been blocked and Greendot had failed to provide me with a resolution to the problem. I’ve called GoBank customer service with no help. I’ve spoken with Corporate office and no help. All their don’t is holding my money with false claims of a direct deposit.
