My complaint:

Did a bill pay, the funds were immediately taken off my card. Called days later, still no money, finally they opened up a case saying it would now take an additional five buisness days. So unprofessional. Ended up paying extra money to pay Bill’s, etc because of them.

Suggested solution:

Put money on card immediately. Just as quick as they took it off.
