My complaint:
Green dot bank is allowing scammer to steal 700 dollars in Amazon card from Albertsons and can’t use the balance. I really want my money back right away. I’m disputing this bank.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund loyal customers their money back when account is used without permission. They should not allow a posted transaction without permission. Have to refund the customer right away by crediting the account.
