My complaint:

My wife called and some how got my account locked, I thought it was policy that I would have to give full authorization ? I was not present and it was a female voice on the line. I’m a man. I have been waiting very patient with greendot tryna get my funds returned or recieve a check for 6 months now but I’ve yet recieved anything . My funds are just sitting on my greendot. This is None sense and against my rights to have this done to me

I would simple like my account unblocked or for my funds to be returned to me in a check or via deposited return request
