My complaint:

In oct I submitted my card info, for an item on ebay, listed for $60, the email sent to me from ebay ed my payment of $163.14 was successfully submitted, I did not submit that amount, I called f
Greendot filed a dispute, greendot credited my account sent me a new card,I called eBay explained the issue ,they contacted seller who agreed to refund, received email, with shipping label I sent the un open box back to seller, green dot has since reversed the credit of $163.14 now im negative for that amount, some how on the new card ,Microsoft purchases, were made $90.96 was charged on my new card,I had 2 cards had to file a complaint on my second card, after $400 was charged on my other card green dot gave me another card with the $400 on it, no prlproblem ,yet the dispute for $90.96 of Microsoft charges was denied as well as the reversal of the $163.14, also there were many declined purchases to Microsoft, clearly greendot could see that still denied my dispute took back the $163.14 I did everything as a buyer according to eBay buyer guidelines within the time line,

Suggested solution:

I think first they should see i did nothing on my cards that even looked suspicious, I dont own an xbox,Xbox, never made a purchase to microsoft,Microsoft, disputes were legit yet greendot ,should have looked at all all activities on the cards then ,give me the info on where the Microsoft charges had been made incase I knew the locafions, locations, card was on used by me it never left my wallet as far as I know, instead greendot used the history on the $400 that was credited on a new card,to make the decision of taking back credit denieing the dispute
