My complaint:
I want to complain about the harassment happened to my family and friends in the cottage here. at 10pm on 20 March 2022. Please let me know how I should say my problem and claim my payment.
The security insult our family and asked us to leave the hotel after one night. They make fake fire alarm and afraid our children then call the police and force us to leave the hotel at 3 am morning with 3 kids while we booked for 2 night. They ruined our vacation and water my money.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money and give us execus letter to my family and friends.They need to give the best offer to our children.
