My complaint:
In middle of my stay the bathroom ceiling started leaking and smell horrible like a strong urine smell plus hotel had roaches and a lot a lot of false advertising on its websites. I went to front desk for 3 days asking for a new room or refund of my money they refuse to give me a new room said all the rooms was full and refused to give me a refund . Front desk was rude n demand more money did nothing to help at all. Police was called several times . I have several pic of the room
Suggested solution:
I want a refund and I need to be compensated for the stress and been force to live like that as well as the hotel need to be shut down u till they are better at fixing the problems
