My complaint:
I’ve purchased tokens on GRAVIEX exchange and have been unable to safely withdraw to private storage due to Poor technical errors by this exchange.
Once the errorsmaintenance was resolved I attempted to withdraw my funds but the transaction was not processed and the next day this particular token was back under maintenance and my funds unable to withdraw again!
I purchased the same token on another exchange, sent to my wallet with no problem and within an hour.
The price of the token Was 30-40% under market value on GRAVIEX so trading it for another cryptocurrency to then send off this exchange was extremely costly.
During attempts to resolve with support this token had risen to my desired ‘take profit’ targets and beyond.
Still unable to withdraw funds and now the token has retraced and lost 50% value.
Suggested solution:
They should offer the same global average price while under such maintenance so account holders can trade for same value to another token which functional for withdrawal and deposits without delay.
They Should except my tokens for the sale price at the value of my desired targets at the time.
I have absolutely the same problem.
