My complaint:
My husband and me have memberships at the gym. Since COVID we placed our memberships on a hold because of COVID. All this time they have been taking money out of my bank account. I send an email but I guess it was to the Tennessee branch. I would like to get all the money that it’s been coming out of my account. Hopefully you can help me. Thank you.

By giving me all they have been taking out of my bank account
