My complaint:
the bed i ordered was sent but when we sat on it it creaked very bad ,when we laid on it creaked very bad we reported it ,but the company said take a photo of damaged bed ,,HOW DO YO TAKE A PHOTO OF A BED THAT CREAKS
Suggested solution:
change base and mattress free of charge,and soon we are fed up sleeping on blow up bed as im 80 yrs plus reg disabled and have PROSTATE CAN ,no cost to me, very very poor service,
as this has being going on since july ,the service unspeakable ,thats true bill harding,take photos of a bed that creaks ,,sorry not speak rubbish
