My complaint:
Granddaughter bought car, went to registration office, was told it could not be registered because there’d was no nvs.
That was 4.5 months ago. After numerous attempts to get help from Go Kia South, we are still unable to register this vehicle.
Suggested solution:
We need to be able to register the car or return it..
We would like all money refunded due to the car being sold yet ineligible to be registered
