My complaint:
I purchased two pair of men’s metal frame glasses. The lenses keep popping out.
I returned one pair. They were supposed to replace it. They never did, despite many phone calls.
I kept the other pair because I need to see. I tried returning it but they won’t accept it.
The metal frames are too thin to hold the lenses. They claim there is a one year warranty. They are not honoring it.
Suggested solution:
Refund or replace the glasses.
