My complaint:
I was going through a BAD divorce. I was trying to get money from my ex and was in a lot of trouble, financially. I had over drawn my bank account. Glacier Bank would NOT STOP charging me late fees and over draft fees until I was over a thousand dollars in the hole!! I didn’t owe them THAT much money, they just kept charging me crazy fees!! I tried move my Social Security disability check, but couldn’t in time, so they took my entire check!! I was left with no money for food or gas or anything. No electricity It was terrible. They still say I owe them money. After they took one thousand dollars unfairly from me I told them they will never get another dime!! They should refund me money – I don’t own those sleaze balls one damn penny!!
Suggested solution:
They can write off what they say I owe them and refund me some of the over draft fee they took from me. THEY TOOK ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF MINE!!! HOW IN THE WORLD COULD I RACK UP THAT MUCH IN OVER DRAFT FEES?!?!?!
