My complaint:

Commercial property insurance policy did not cover a public water utility known as the Wheatland Irrigation District.I received a failure of irrigation supply from our crop insurance provider of the FCIC. I feel the agent concealed the fact of the public utility and the claim of water loss, instead listed it as crop loss. This destroyed my business. This land is certified as Highly erodible land. It is my understanding that farming encumbered highly erodible land is against the law, and needs to be on title, and insurance documents.

Suggested solution:

Pay me my insurance claim.
