My complaint:

I was rudely made fun of, mocked and treated horribly by 2 security officers. While they searched thru my bags for intake purposes I know that someone took medication from me (vicodin). While having ct scan done I was told to take out my diamond earrings and was rudely mocked and made fun of during this process and when wheeled back to deplorable nasty room I was never given my earrings back. I’ve called about them and of course they are nowhere to be found. I called a complaint line but have not heard a thing back. No patients should ever be treated in this manner!

Suggested solution:

An apology from staff regarding their behavior would be a start. I also want reimbursement for the diamond earrings they stole. I\'ve never owned my own diamonds before and these ones came from my mom so they were very important to me. Staff at this hospital are rude and unfair! They make fun of people in their most venerable states and it\'s so unjust. The security did nothing when flights broke out and when other patients were threatening other patients lives. They let patients that were threatening lives walk the halls in the middle of the night. I literally have PTSD from this place! Dr\'s and nurses even lied and didn\'t document things on my records correctly.
