My complaint:
I purchase two separate items and within less than 30 days those two items were being sold for much less. I asked the company to provide me with a price adjustment for difference of the two items. They refused. They felt the industry standard of price adjustments did not apply to them. They wouldn’t even give me a store credit for the $74.50 that I overpaid.
Suggested solution:
I would like the $74.50 applied back to my credit card.
