G2A complaint: My refund is being ‘processed’

My complaint:

I bought a minecraft key from G2A and received the key as promised. When I tried to use this key, it didn’t work. After a gruesome conversation with the seller who was supposed to give me my money back I got banned for no reason so I couldn’t log in anymore and, he told me to firstly ‘give them a postive reaction as feedback’ before he could process my refund. After trying hundreds of times to log in I was suddenly unbanned, So I forcefully had to give them a positive reaction, and received my refund, supposedly. After waiting and e-mailing support for days and days I still haven’t received the money that I was simply going to re-use on their site (I have no other option), but apparently there’s been a problem with my refund, and ‘technicians’ are looking into it. Every time I reply to the message another waiting time of 72 hours starts. this is just… so I’m still waiting and waiting, hope htis gets resolved soon.

Suggested solution:

When I receive my money back, the longer the more it frustrates me because I just have to re-use the money on their website so giving me back my money should be easy... so at this point they're just willingly denying me my money.
