Furniture Village complaint: Damaged wardrobe still unresolved 6 weeks after delivery

My complaint:

On 29th November I received delivery of a Fenchurch three door wardrobe, however the lid was damaged on the two corners at the front. The delivery man offered to take it away, but all it needed was a new lid so I was happy to keep the wardrobe and wait for them to replace it. However, nearly 6 weeks later I am still waiting. Not long after the damage was reported and photos sent to furniture world of the damage, I received a phone call offering me a discount however I declined as I wanted a new lid. On 17th December I sent another email to the Customer Care department and have been told they have forwarded the information to the resolution team but still I have not heard anything from the resolution team! I have recently looked at reviews online and realised that I should have looked before as they are all terrible!

Suggested solution:

Replace my wardrobe lid asap and certainly within 4 weeks.
