My complaint:
Although I have had a subscription or even did a free trial, I am being blocked to get a subscription. After multiple calls I was finally told their Security has blocked me from getting a subscription.
I have repeatedly requested that I can contact someone on their Security staff to get details on why I am blocked. I realize that my email address could have been used by someone and they did something but I am being discriminated against because I am not being given an opportunity to clear my name.
Suggested solution:
Since I have never subscribed or did a trial of their service I should not be blocked from being able to purchase a subscription.
