My complaint:
We purchased a refrigerator for my son in October 2022. It’s no longer working, and the repairman said that it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to fix. Frigidaire customer service was expectedly unhelpful.
Suggested solution:
At the very least, offer a discount on a new product.
