My complaint:
I guess I ordered from you guys around December 17,2018 and somehow ic free shipping was charging me 12.95 for over 11 months I called them October 222019 and told them to stop and send me all the proof of how many months and how I sighed on. I told them I wanted s full refund sn I was turning them in to the bbb and anyone else that can help. Help me please how did I get here from your online sight.
Suggested solution:
A full refund and to have them fix there site so people know what they are I dont blame you but it happened on your online site thank you
I never new I had them so I continued to pay shipping on orders plus almost 13.00 to them every month
