My complaint:
First time it was supposed to be charged 3£ and I got charged 6£ and after I complained, the team gave me a 20% voucher which I was only able to use 2 weeks later because there were no available FreeNow cars every time I was trying to get one (which it might be an issue you are already aware of and trying to solve it).
Then to my surprise, when I was able to use it last month, I was again charged more than 200% the amount that was displayed to me (7.28£ instead of 3.48£). And lastly tonight (4th of April) it happened again! I was supposed to be charged 4.95£ and I was charged 7.47£. In total I paid more than 20£ when I was supposed to pay 10£. It just made me not trust the service anymore because if every time I am charged more than double what I was initially expecting, there is no reason to use this service anymore.
I would really appreciate if you could look careful in that case please. I would just like to have the full refund from all trips on my card and not as a FreeNow credit please. When system is fixed I can try again. For now, I cannot trust the service.
