My complaint:
I recently purchased 2 meat pies in the tins for my husband. He has been very unwell lately but really ‘fancied’ a Fray Bentos pie. I bought him a steak kidney and also a chicken pie. What a mistake that was! How on earth are you supposed to open the tins? I have a good can opener, but it defeated me! I ended up throwing away both tins as are impossible to open without the dangers of severely injuring yourself!
Needless to say, I shall not be purchasing anymore pies from Fray Bentos and shall resort to boxed pies, which, I might add, do not look half as nice as yours, but that I will never know!
I do think the design needs to be changed drastically before a serious injury occurs.
