Fray Bentos complaint: Tin rediculous to open

My complaint:

Always buy your pies on a weekly basis, however go though so many tin openers to get into them, I have litually brought 6 tin openers in the last few months, and recently not only did the last one break again I cut myself getting into it.
You need to provide a special decent tin openers specialy for these our tins haha

Suggested solution:

Supply or offer at a charge special heavy duty robust tin opener for it.
