My complaint:
Why are the tins so difficult to undo. Just used a new opener still could not open. Ended up using a chisel and probably ruined the pie. Its becoming a joke opening and although I have enjoyed them in the past I probably will now stop buying. The tin I have opened is now very jagged and dangerous. Surely they can be made so that we can open them! I have to through this one away and I reckon the other tins will go the same way.
Suggested solution:
No idea. But I'm assuming it can not be that difficult to put right.
