My complaint:
I bought 2 steak pies in the tin. I tried our electric can opener and the tins only opened partially. I then used our Culinaire MagiCan opener on the parts of the tin that wouldn’t open, but that didn’t open them either. I paid in total £4.00 for both pies from Tesco and to be honest I’m not prepared to take a loss for something that should readily open. You’d think in today’s world they would open by a pull and pop lid but no they didn’t and you’ve ruined out lunch. I had to then go to the shop and buy some fresh pies to cook. Not a happy chappy at all.
Suggested solution:
Refunding my money's or providing vouchers for the amount above plus the total let down and having to make second trip to the shop to get another product.
Re-design the lids on all Fray Bentos pies. Really quite simple.
