My complaint:
I have had difficulty with opening your slope sided tins. I have an electronic tin opener which will not open your tins. I have to use a manual tin opener and have ended up cutting myself on the sharp edge. Lots of blood as I have to take blood thinners. Your company has been around since 1881, isn’t it time to change the way the lids are removed, ring pulls on these would be better. You have them on your suet pudding. Please try and make lid removal easier.
Suggested solution:
Add ring pulls or regular straight sides so that it will open without anymore blood loss
