My complaint:
I purchased a Fray Bentos Steak Kidney Pudding 200g from ASDA on Saturday and attempted to remove it from the tin packaging in order to microwave it as instructed on the tin. On tapping it into a micrwaveamle bowl, the top and filling fell out but every single bit of contact between the pudding and the tin had to be cut away with a sharp knife. This just left a mushy mess. The pudding tasted fine but I doubt that I’ll ever purchase your products again.
This issue needs addressing the pie coating had to be prised bit by bit from the container leaving an unappertising mess on the plate.
Suggested solution:
I'm sure your food technicianschefs could add a layer of something to aid the pudding to slide out of the container. Something other than the super-glue they seem to be using bow.
