My complaint:
Opened my pie to find it with a massive hole in the middle. As I don’t have any others dinners I will have to eat it but it’ll be a surprise to see wether I’ve just got missing pastry or I have no filling. I know they are cheap and you get what you paid for but you can do better.
Suggested solution:
I would like to revive something either a voucher or just send me another pie just to mend the bridge so I don’t want to stop buying products from you.
